Ok, will I need to add a resistor in line with the bulb circuit, in order to dim the LED's? If so, what wattage? If there is a better solution, let me know.

Thanks for all the information. I take it these already have the resistor in them? I plan on picking up a set soon. Cluster is out, getting ready to put in a new speed sensor, so might as well change the bulbs too.

That looks really good! What did that plate come out of, and how did you get the trim around the Hurst plate to look like that?

I will check with him when I get a chance. That looks really good in there. Only problem I see is, as you said, mimicking the Sheffield gray. I don't want to cut up the original top plate, so I would have to come up with something like another modified plate, and have an overlay made for it...
