ok cool. I know the post goes to positive battery terminal. Pin 1 and pin 2 are the questions I have. So one goes to the idiot light in the dash.....I dont need that do I? The other pin also goes to the battery? This is the pigtail.

Need to replace the alternator. In doing so, some of the wiring got all chewed up for whatever reason. Question is: Where does the alternator pigtail connect to? I know obviously it clips to the back of the alternator, but where do the other two ends go? Just for the record, I feel very dumb...

Update: Found a little spot of rot in one of the rear solid brake lines. Fixed it, re-bled the brakes, and we are good to go!
