Pulled the cover back on the 86 442 whipped dust off the 1992 inspection sticker while taking snow removal break. After 34 years of ownership Im thinking of selling to help pay college fees.

About time . Where I live at least 100 G bodys are cut up a year to race on dirt tracks . I see 40000 miles or less 442 s going for above $15000 . As for the vett you posted . Untill Mid to late 90s they are unwanted by most .
There is a write up here as well as other gbody sites. Using newer Camaro power mirror guts in our style housings . And they are easy ti find in bone yards . Also use a Impala power mirror controll (joystick ) To look like OEM equiptment

With the welding required you just cant get to most places . And under a car its impossible to get panes in some areas.
Frame off it and fix all issue with frame . You be glad you did .
There are a couple posts on here where they cut floor at back wheel-well split at seam move in ward to desired and then filled inner well to outer well . After removing some foam from seat back to get a factory look . Oh there was allot more but you get it. I'll see if I can find it .

They are heavy vynal /leather and padded / IF making custom ones i'd just measure up you tops and do what want to and make them yours . If I get over where my stuff is stored this week I'll get set...
Positive is the bolt flange is towards out side edge of wheel . You could get spacers (which I don't like ) .
Good luck these cars need the dish to look good .
