    Disk Brake Pedal Insert

No that's a e brake pad from some caddy or maybe buick from the 90's. Same size as our e brake pads but the design matches the brake pedal pads in our cars perfectly and has the stainless trim

    Disk Brake Pedal Insert

I have found a few of the trimmed pedals over the years, pagrunt is correct only found on grand prix and then only early ones. Like 78 and maybe 79. Side note I did find that there are some 90's buicks or probably caddies that use the same e brake pad as our cars and have a stainless trim on...

how to id high compression olds 350 eng

Also all the #5 and #6 heads had the same size combustion chamber regardless of application. Which I believe was like 64cc or so. The only difference in the heads between the 2 and 4bbl engines was valve size. Unfortunately again the only way to verify that is to remove the heads and measure the...

how to id high compression olds 350 eng

To my knowledge only the 68-70 4bbl 350's were high compression. Having 5 or 6 heads is a good starting point but those heads were also used on the low compression 2bbl engines as well. Both flavors were also all painted gold until at least 73 if I remember correctly. They only way to know...

    Could Pontiac be coming back?!?

The sad reality is that even if Pontiac did come back it would wind up being a huge disappointment and insult the beloved performance brand that once was. I could totally see them reviving the tempest/gto and firebird/ TA only to have them be boring fully EV crossovers or SUVs.

    BUICK 1964 Skylark Coupe Project

Por patch seems like it would be a great solution to small pinholes like that, in fact I was planning on using it on some of the ones around the window channels on my 71 lemans. The problem is it's not available right now its backordered every where I have looked.

    Anyone hear of Labwork carburetors?

An ultrasonic cleaner seems like it would be a good investment for anyone who rebuilds carbs on the regular. And they seem to be relatively affordable for the home DIYer these days. A quick search on that jungle website yields quite a selection in various sizes, and even hobo freight has one...

Went & did some tire kicking

Unless they changed it back again you don't need pictures or any of that other nonsense anymore. I didn't even need to have specific collector car insurance when I did my cars. Just standard liability insurance.

    Fuel Filter Change

I honestly can't believe that anyone even uses those glass filters anymore. Not to mention that they shouldn't even make them or be legal to use. The only thing they are good for is setting your car on fire. They just screw together and have no way of locking tightly and since its glass you...

    Fuel issue - Stumped

Kind of a dumb question but , did you remove or replace the paper fuel filter in the carb? Also have you checked the spark plugs? I have seen bad plugs act like a fuel starvation issue under heavy load but run fine at idle or light throttle. Have you checked the hard fuel lines for leaks...

REGAL Replace Buick limited cluster with Cutlass rally cluster.

Yup that's it. There used to be a ton of pictures to demonstrate the process but I think the site has had multiple crashes over the years that unfortunately broke the links to many of the pictures.

REGAL Replace Buick limited cluster with Cutlass rally cluster.

The one I was referring to was analog. There may be a digital swap too but the one I remember reading was an analog version about 15 years ago. Like this .
