I have been trying hard to get the Cutlass done in time for this years power tour especially since it started so close to home. Unfortunately I didn't make it. I did see a lot of the cars go through our town on their way to Norwalk.

Already have both Cutlass and grand prix dash that are in excellent condition. Just trying to decide which one to use then I'm probably going to sell the other. Are either one of the dash assembly worth more than the other in the resale market?

Wanted to update this thread, I ended up ordering the ACME sandstone encore velour with Palomino sierra vinyl for my Euro seats from rock auto. Just going to use the seats that I pulled from a Monte SS a few years back and sell my cutlass buckets. I figure since I'm not building an original it...

I just checked and original auto interiors is closed and sold to SMS. Not sure if I want to go the whole route of starting from scratch or just settling on a prefab set in sandstone. It's a custom build so not worried about originality.

Been looking everywhere for Camel colored bucket seat upholstery front and rear with no luck. Been able to find sandstone not sure how much difference in color that would be but it looks lighter from the pictures I can see online. Anybody have any idea where I could find the correct interior...

I have seen the wire on both the block and one of the bell housing bolts. Main thing is as mentioned earlier is to make sure everything is clean.

Sounds like a bad ground connection. I would start with the one from the block to the body and then from battery to fender. Make sure they are clean and fastened securely.
