Carlisle G-body meet Jun 25 - Jun 27, 2010

Hello guys in another forum that is in the event section someone asked who lives in the East Coast. Well he thought we should have a g body meeting. So I am starting to organize the meet at the All GM Carlisle show they put on. We will meet their Jun 25 - Jun 27, 2010

Here is what I want everyone to do if they can. The link below is for preregistration for the show. They ask if you are part of a club and their will be a drop down menu. Since we are a new club we are not on the list. So go to the bottom of the list were it say other and type in G-body Nation. So when we meet they will know we are all part of the club. Then if I can show Carlisle there are a lot of us then we maybe we all can park together or at least in the same section or area.

P.S. I am not telling this just to East Coast g-body owners, but for who ever wants to make the trip down to the show. The more people show up the better.

Well it all depends on how many people I can get to join me and preregister.

Here is the plain for the show to let you and everyone know. I am trying to have are own g-body parking spot for us. Then if we get enough people to preregister then I can get a huge tent and put g-body club on it and we can all hang out their. We can have drink, talk, and mingle. There is no obligation for you to join us at all or even register with g-body nation, but it would be cool if everyone could.

Turna their are a lot of people that would be driving down to go to a show even if it was just for g-bodies cars. It would end up being a one day event and everyone would have to leave afterwards. I think it is best to have it at Carlisle since they can sleep and do not have to worry about driving home right after the show. It is also already established and made for people who are traveling long distances. Also it is a year away so you can start making plains now to get a hotel and get other thing in order to go down to the show. So if we are start now we can make this a great show with a ton of G-body cars!

Well like I said to get a meeting together for next year is a lot of work. Second it will only be a one day event and if you drove over 5 hrs and then have to leave right after most people will not do that. I thought Carlisle would be cool since they have hotels you can stay at or you can camp their. There is a lot to do and you can also get parts from different venues.

Over at elcaminocentral.com we had a meeting with a ton of guys from the forum over their. We all came out to Carlisle from all over the place. Some from texas to Canada to right up the road. I know right now it might not seem like it would work, but if people work with me I know I can get this to work out.
