9.8 grade, M15 head SEMS bolt. M10x1.5x30 or 40 or 45.

Auveco 13619 for 30 mm long (almost 1.25" long)

Auveco 11641 for 40 mm long (about 1.5" long)

Auveco 13620 for 45 mm long (about 1.75" long)

GM bolts are long gone and very very hard to find. Unless you find someone who's collected used ones by the bucket.

Can I use anything that similar to it? What would you recommend
I'd recommend putting out feelers to get the CORRECT bolt, used or not. I'm sure someone here can help you get one and probably has a million of them just laying around. It's an M10 x 1.5 thread. You need a big azz washer on it as well to hold any shims that invariably will likely be present when you align the fenders. Sure, you can get M10 x 1.5 regular bolts, but why? Using a bolt without the pointed threads, it's not as forgiving on alignment and if you strip the bolt hole, good luck with that.

I guess I should add that most of the current ones have a rounded nose rather than pointed but really shouldn’t be an issue unless you’re a stickler for “original”
