It wont be long now!! I will be testing though the day today removing an old skin off a door and replacing with one of our new reproduction door skins!!!! This means door shells are coming right up after these soon!

See the pictures they look amazing!!

And, they are heavier by just a hair over the NOS ones I have.

That is a great thing.

There is an inner brake bent door patch that is currently on the market. I didnt want to make a die stamped piece yet because there is an option avail. Since the area gets covered up anyways we thought it wouldnt sell well. So we will have new skins and door shells. This should take care of 99% of our needs.

and here are the test results!

Damn Good!!

I have a little door rot at the very bottom of the inner, so I am going to order the lower inner patch and weld it in place at a later time. I wanted to get the skin fitted to see how the door handle and lock and mirror and upper door reveal molding rested. It looks better than the originals. I have many pictures here since I have never done this before so to document the process for others to learn how to do. It took about two hours and was very simple. I only installed the skin slightly to see the fitment and will go back later and seam the edges and make the door like new.
