I'm still trying to figure out WTF they were trying to do. It almost looks like they wanted it to spill.

From the instant replay, it looks like they were trying to disconnect the crane's hook from the bail of the metal pot and the safety finger did not release. When the crane hook got down to around level with the mouth of the pot you can see the hook is still firmly set in place and yet the crane is attempting to move back from the pot. AT that point the crane is now dragging the full container with it as it moves away and off the pedestal come the pot. POOF and BOOM.

Clean up in room 9. Wonder who got their a** handed to them for this one. You can clearly see the worker moving around the pot as it sits on that pedestal and yet he never seems to check the release for the hook safety.
