So i've got my rear axle almost all wrapped up. Got my axle flanges cut and drilled for the LS1 brakes. I installed new axle bearings and seals. I have to work all weekend but early next week a friend of mine is gonna come over and help me set up the new limited slip.

I got my axle all finished up and tucked back under my car. I pulled my transmission back out so that I could swap out my speedo gear. Then I moved on to setting up my cooling fans out of an intrepid. What I did was cut the ears off of the side so that It would look cleaner, then I took two of the ears I cut off and shaped them and fiberglassed them to the top so I could mount it. Now hears my question. What is a good way to mount the bottom of the fan. I want it to look relatively stock. Any opionions?

I think I figured it out. I just fiberglassed some more plastic pieces I had laying around in. I think it turned out pretty, i'm not the best with fiberglass, but it looks alright.

After I got that all done, I started working on cleaning up my core support. While i was waiting for some more fiberglass to dry I decided to paint all the nuts and bolts I had sandblasted.

looks real good bro! here is the thing though... fiberglass and plastic dont really bond that well, a better alternative would be plastic weld, you can bond the two tabs together or even make your own tab with it... just wanna double check that cause on a really good bump (while driving) it could crack... I have worked with fiberglass for quite some time, and I have yet to see someone get it to bond correctly and it not crack later...

that being said, Im liking the work bro...
